Drama continue as Dp Gachagua defense team pulls out of senate

There was continued confusion at the Senate as Dp Gachagua defense team pulled out of the impeachment trial after the speaker ruling on continuing the process as planned in the absense of Gachagua who was admitted at Karen Hospital with severe chest pains according to his legal team.

They however held a press outside the senate claiming that there was a rush in handling the case. They have criticized the senate for being biased. The Dp legal team accuses the senate of being in a rush.

The senate however continued with the impeachment motion and discussion on the matters at the house. The legal team of Dp Gachagua condemned the Senate decision saying they don’t have express direction from their client to continue staying at the senate.
