Senator Okiya Omtatah has accused the DCI fir abducting cartoonist Kibet after meeting him in Nairobi. The senator has revealed a Toyota Subaru that was parked outside his premises with a suspected communication gadget on its roof. The Subaru car was bearing a fake number plate that after searching the Ntsa website revealed it belongs to a different car.
Omtata goes ahead to say that the car left after Kibet Bull left his house. Omtatah insists that the audacity of parking at that position only prove it was the DCI officers who could do that. He also says its the DCI who use unmarked vehicles or wrongly marked vehicles in this case Subaru cars.
The senator has threatened to go to court to to stop illegal abductions in the country. Early today the inspector General denied that the police are nit the ones abducting Kenyans and no police station is holding any abductee reported.
