The Haitian prime minister on Friday 11th October 2024 met with Kenya president H.E William Samoei RUTO in statehouse Nairobi where they discussed on the progress of the Multinational Peace support mission to Haiti. I their discussion, Kenya and Haiti agreed to collaborate in other sectors to enable development among the two countries. The president of Kenya promised to release another group of police officers to join their counterparts already in Haiti for the mission.
Kenya and Haiti stand united in imploring the international community to rally behind the Multinational Security Support Mission.
For a peaceful, stable and secure Haiti, our global partners must also accelerate their contribution to the personnel, logistics and finances to sustain and expand the mission.

Earlier at a bilateral meeting with the Prime Minister, discussed practical measures to boost tourism and people-to-people relations between our two countries.
