Tiaty mp. Hon William Kamket today surprised Kenyans by a statement he pronounced while attending a church service in Elgeyo Marakwet. Kamket was addressing worshipers when he said that president Ruto may even go for 24 years in the presidency.
“Wewe ndie raisi amechaguliwa,….wakicheza tunaezasema uendelee kidogo” among his words when he was addressing believers. The mp hinted that in Kerio valley they know how to make a president rule for 24 years just like Moi did and there is nothing that can be done over that.
Other politicians present continued to attack the people criticizing abductions and kidanpping in the country blaming parents for not instilling good morals to their children at home. This has been considered a move by the president allies strongly defending the actions after several families lost their kins through abduction and are yet to find them and others found them unalived under unclear circumstances.
