    The Cabinet secretary ministry of health Hon. Aden Dwale joined the muslim faithfuls at the Adams Mosque Nairobi for Eid-Ul-Fitr prayers. This was celebrated to mark the end of the holy month of Ramadhani.

    While attending the Eid-Ul-Fitr celebrations, Aden Duale called on muslim faithfuls to continue with their acts of charity as its a way of helping the less fortunate in the society and a way of sharing love among the Muslims.

    “I continue to make a passionate plea to my fellow Muslim faithful to continue their acts of charity”

    Prayer for the country

    Duale also urged the muslim faithfuls to continue praying for the country and its unity even after the holy month of Ramadhan.

    Dwale tok time to tell the muslim faithfuls the importance of the Day and why they celebrate the highly religious day. He insisted on the importance of values and commitment and reflection to work.

    Aden Duale appreaciated president Ruto for trusting him to serve in the ministry of Health. He however cited some challenges at the ministry that is Afya House and opportunities as well.

    South Sudan crisis

    Kisii County Senator Richard Momoima Onyonka has expressed his confidence in Raila Odinga’s role in solving the South Sudan crisis which he says Raila Odinga has the ability to offer a solution for the people of South Sudan from his long serving experience in Africa and East Africa.

    Through his letter addressed to the people of South Sudan, Seanator Onyonka said Raila Odinga has experience from his leadership role for more than 4decades, he has expressed confidence on Raila Odinga saying he has the ability to bring a lasting solution to the crisis.

    Senator Onyonka attributed Raila for advocating, democracy, peace, and economic development in Kenya and Africa at large for a long time. This has earned Raila Odinga respect throughout the region and the whole continent at large.

    “Due to the fact that Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga has been in East African leadership for more than0 years. We belief that he has the acumen to bring a solution to the crisis.”

    Senator Onyonka called on all leaders from the region to put efforts in the matter to find a lasting solution. He however said that the crisis is fueled by neighboring countries which he said all the stakeholders must be engaged in the process to solve it.

    Onyonka has called for a Africa that is united, prosperous, competitive and peaceful.

    Request for peace in south sudan

    Senator Onyonka sent a request to the people of South Sudan to give peace a chance so as to end the crisis in the country. He also reminded them that their nation is bigger than all of them and therefore they should consider the good of the whole nation against their own personal interests.

    “I am humbly sending a request to the brothers in the republic of South Sudan, that please let us give peace a chance. Your nation is bigger than all of you.”

    A Kenyan police officer serving in the Multinational security support mission in Haiti was reported missing on March 25, 2025 at approximately 1630 hours. The police officer went missing in an ambush attack by the gangs while on patrol in the Carribean nation of Haiti.

    In a press release seen by Cliff Media Tv crew, The Kenyan police officers in the Multinational Security Support Mission MSS were on patrol along the carrefour Paye-Savien Main supply route in the Port Sonde area, Artibonite Department, got stuck in a ditch suspected to have been deliberately dug by the gangs.

    In response two Multinational Security Support Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) from Port Sande were dispatched to assist in the recue of the stuck vehicle. During the recovery mission, one of the MRAPs unfortunately got stuck as well and the remaining one developed a mechanical issue.

    As the rescue teams attempted to resolve the situation, the suspected gangs who were waiting launched an attack to the teams. As a result, one MSS Kenyan contingent officer was not accounted for. The MSS then deployed special teams to the ground to conduct a search and determine his whereabouts.

    The Kenya police officers are serving in the Multinational Security Support Mission in Haiti with other police officers from different countries in an aim to flush out gangs who have terrorized the Carribean nation of Haiti assassinating senior government officials including the president.

    A kisii lady who was recently trending in a disturbing video for refusing to throw sand to the grave of x husband who had died has finally spoken on what she underwent through the hands of cruel family members of late x husband.

    The lady was assaulted by family members of the said late husband who was being burried that day. She was forced to participate in what she was not comfortable with and when she refused, they descended on her beating her and forcing her to throw soil which they claim is a tradition in the Kisii culture.

    The lady has identified herself as Mellen and confessed that she is the one who was being beaten in the burrial. According Mellen, she was married to the late husband whom they separated and she went away leaving him and moved on with her own life.

    The man on the other hand had moved on with another woman until the time of his death when she was called to bring her two kids whom they sired together with the man when they were together. The man was already married

    According to Mellen, the late husband was involved in an accident and she was called to bring the kids to burry their father and she accepted. When she came and tried to enquire what had happened, she was not allowed to ask any question concerning the matter.

    The other woman was chased away when the man died and thats when the family decided to call her home to burry the husband and father to her kids.

    Mellen narrates that when she requested them to put the body of late husband to the house they build together, they refused and began to assault her. They beat her and even threw her to the grave during the burrial rites.

    on a letter addressed to the white house to the president of the United States of America, a kenyan by the name Eng. Kimori Evans from Nakuru county has expressed his concerns over the governor for continuing to stay in the United States of America away from the people of Nakuru who elected her to serve them.

    “I am writing as a conerned citizen of Kenya on behalf of the people of Kenya and specifically on behalf of the people of Nakuru County”

    Engineer Kimori goes ahead to say that her prolonged stay in the United States seeking maternal and newborn mention in the United States is against the laws of Kenya where maternity leave is allowed for upto 90 days but the governor has stayed away from work for a period of 5 months.

    Susan Kihika creates a leadership Vacuum in Nakuru County

    Mr. Kimori Evans claims that the prolonged stay of Nakuru governor Susan Kihika in the united States of America has caused a leadership vacuum in the county government of Nakuru.

    In the letter Mr. Kimori accuses the governor of subotaging the people of Nakuru for ordering closure of war forces memorial hospital before seeking medical attention at the United States. The mediacl facility has been serving the residents of Nakuru for more than a century since 1906.

    Mr. Kimori says closure of the facility has left residents of Nakuru especially mothers, children and patients with chronic illnesses without essential healthcare while she enjoys advanced medical care in the United States. ” The very people who elected her continue to suffer due to collapse of local medical services under her leadership” Kimori said in the letter

    Governor Kihika is neglecting duty

    In the letter Mr. Kimori has accused the governor of neglecting duty while earning huge sums of money in terms of salary and other benefits at the expense of suffering Nakuru county residents. He goes ahead to request the United States president to intervene in facilitating her return through deporting her so that she can resume duties in the county where she was elected to serve the people of Nakuru county.

    The inauguration of president Netundo Naindi Ndaitwa came at a time when the country was celebrating the 35th independence anniversary marking 35 years of independence from colonialiats

    President Ruto had attended the inauguration ceremony in Namibia to witness the inauguration of the fifth preaident of Namibia. The president expressed his confidence in the Her Excellence Nandi Ndaitwa citing her experience in leadership and service. “With her track record in public service, leadership and liberation struggle, I am confident that she will inspire progress and prosperity”.

    Presidence Nandi Ndaitwa becomes the first female president of Namibia and other African countries including The united republic of Tanzania led by Her excellency president Samia Suluhu Hasaan.

    President Ruto emphasized on the relationship between the two countries and promiaed to work closely together with Namibia and the new president.

    In attendance of the inauguration ceremeony were Presidents Samia Suluhu of Tanzania, Cyril Ramaphosa (South Africa), Emmerson Mnangagwa (Zimbabwe), João Lourenço (Angola), Felix Tshisekedi (DRC Congo), Hakainde Hichilema (Zambia), Duma Boko (Botswana), Daniel Chapo (Mozambique) and Brahim Ghali (Sahrawi), among other leaders, to witness the inauguration of President Nandi-Naitwah.
